Most schools are daycare with algebra. We’re building something else entirely.

At Forge, students launch real companies, conduct original research, and pitch ideas to actual investors—all before they turn 18.

We’re launching our first campus in New Jersey in September 2026, the first of six planned Forge Prep schools across the state. We’re hiring a Head of School now to bring that vision to life.

This is not a traditional academic role. You’ll lead a high-performance learning organization built around real-world problem solving and a belief that young people are chronically underestimated.

The Challenge

In 11 months, you need to:

Launch our flagship campus with 50 exceptional students who become walking advertisements for what’s possible
Build a waiting list of 500+ families by creating experiences so compelling that word spreads organically
Recruit 4-8 world-class Guides who can coach adolescent through real ventures, not worksheets
Design operational systems that scale from 50 students to 500 without breaking
Create community partnerships that give students access to real problems worth solving

You’ll know you’ve succeeded when local high-achievers start asking their parents why they can’t attend Forge Prep instead of the “good” schools.
