The Challenge
You’re helping families who want something genuinely different for their children discover what that looks like. Your prospects are thoughtful parents who sense that conventional education isn’t developing their child’s full potential.
Your job: Help families recognize that Forge Prep develops the capabilities their children will actually need to thrive.
What This Actually Looks Like
You’ll build our enrollment engine from zero:
- Design the full admissions experience from first inquiry to enrollment decision
- Convert curious families into committed advocates through high-touch, memorable interactions
- Create events and experiences that showcase what makes Forge different
- Build systems that scale as we grow from dozens to hundreds of applicants
- Partner with marketing to ensure seamless handoff from interest to enrollment
Success means families leave your process saying “We didn’t know school could be like this.”
