Welcome to the Forge Prep application for the 2026-27 academic year.

We’re excited to learn about your child, their interests, your family, and your goals for education. We have just 30 spots available for our founding year, and this application is how we get to know you.

Below are key dates and an overview of what to expect.

Key Dates

January 15, 2026 – Early Decision deadline (decisions by February 1, 2026)
February 2026 to April 2026 – Rolling Admissions (until 30 spots are filled)

Note: The rolling admissions window closes as soon as we’ve identified and enrolled our 30 Founding Families.

After we receive your application, someone from our team will reach out to schedule a conversation and request any additional information if needed.

How to Complete Your Application

The application has 4 parts. Once complete, there’s a $25 application fee to submit which you can do online.

Family & Student Information: Basic information about your family and student (name, address, etc.).
Parent/Guardian Information: Contact details and background about the parent(s)/guardian.
Parent Reflections: A few short-answer questions. We’re looking for honest responses, not polished essays. There are no trick questions.
Student Reflections: Your child completes this section independently. This helps us understand their interests and how they think and express themselves. Parents: your child needs to answer these questions on their own.

You can save your progress and return to the application anytime before submitting.

Interviews will be scheduled immediately after we receive your application.
